If you mean the Tactics Trainer, it starts you off very low and gives you very easy puzzles, but it takes forever before your rating rises if you're limited to 5 per day without a paid membership. The two things I can recommend are to either keep working them until your tactics rating rises enough to generate tougher problems or go to a site like chesstempo.com where, if you solve 12 problems in a row, you don't lose all those points with one failure.
