Too many options

I find that sometimes I have a problem of having too many options available on the board  . Let's say I have a good attack but the number options becoming overwhelming and I feel I am under more pressure to find the line that wins than my opponent . Perhaps when such events occur it is best to pla the line that look the best without examining the rest in too much detail and place the pressure back to your opponent . Does anyone else feel like this  sometime ?

All the time.  But it takes too much clock time to try to find the knockout.  I usually look for a little if I know that it is there, but I usually settle for a sound quiet move that will help my position after that.
