How many more spelling errors possible?

The 'S' key on my keyboard doesn't work, so I have to use another key instead.

PrawnEatsPrawn and FM Kacparov are my favorite players today. Please add them to the list.

Kasparov could beat them with his eyes closed

I doubt it. E.g. I bet Timman in 23 moves 3 years ago and he had his eyes open, and Timman is 18-40 against Kasparov.

Well, I consider Lasker to be the most impressive chess player we have ever had.  Not only did he hold the championship for 27 years, play competitively in his later years (placing 3rd against all the top masters at the age of 79) and write an excellent manual on chess, but he also wrote a book on mathematics and another on philosophy.  I don't know what criteria others use to determine "best" but that list of accomplishments puts him head and shoulders above anyone else I can think of.

Kasparov is also a very dominating player and a fascinating person as well and has contributed both to the chess world and the greater world around him so he definitely deserves a place.

Morphy is one of the tragedies of the chess world and the first to intuit that chess was more than mere calculation and that position was critical too.  We definitely owe him a debt of gratitude.

Capablanca showed us that a chess player can be at the top of his game and also be classy.  That is a lesson that was not learned very well.  Plus he had that incredible unbeaten streak that was quite an amazing feat and I don't believe has ever been beaten.

It is also hard to ignore masters like Karpov, Alekhine, Botvinnik, Fischer, Spassky and Steinitz as they all have contributed significantly to our understanding of the game and are all very powerful players.  I salute them all.  Another category might be the most important chess masters who never became champion and why they are important.  That would make a very interesting list indeed.

Has everyone forgotten Paul Keres? He was at least as good as Bronstein and Botvinnik.

And he's on money!
