We use to receive an email 1 hour before a live tournament and a notification when you logged on reminding you.chess.com seem to have stopped doing this. Anybody else finding this?

You're not the only one who's noticed this; several users have mentioned that those tournament reminder emails and login notifications seem to have either stopped or become a bit inconsistent lately.
It used to give a heads-up an hour before, plus that in-app pop-up when you logged in, super helpful! But lately, the system might have changed behind the scenes (or it could be a bug 🤷♂️). Just to be safe, double-check your Settings > Notifications to make sure nothing’s been toggled off accidentally.
It would be great if Chess.com could confirm whether this feature was changed or just temporarily broken!
