Is there anyone who could help me prepare for my tournament please? At least give me some advice on what I should study before I go to the tournament because I am registering for it today.

Hello chess.com. I have a tournament starting in about 2 months and I need some help preparing for it. If anyone with higher ratings could challenge me to unrated 7-14 day games, I'd be very appreciative. Also, if anyone could give me a little insight on how I should prepare for a tournament, I'd be very much appreciative. Also, if anyone could help me train for this tournament, I would be very thankful. It is a 3 day tournament but I am doing the 2 day schedule. The tournament for me is November 1-2 and btw, this is my first tournament in about 3 years that I have been to that is part of the USCF and I have been in a serious slump in chess. Thanks again.
