what happens when you report?
12 years old kids are not annoying if they are bullies or toxic. You cannot take a kid serious. But when adults such as 40+ that might even be careerists with kids, a decent house and car. Then it is more provoking, I think. That is the problem, a lot of adults are actually not so adult. That is something you tell kids so kids believe in it. Far from truth, really.
