Trading Queens is dumb and it just stalls the game

I swear to god whenever theres a goddamn opening during early game they instantly trade queens even if it doesn't force your king to move. It just stalls the game and makes it longer than it needs to be.

I'll trade queens if it doesn't mess up my pawn structure and it's equal on material. It gives me more experience co-ordinating my pieces and some opponents become lost without a queen and make random moves that don't help their position.
