Why dosen't the bishop or knight take the knight at 14.Nd5? I am probably missing something.

Yeah, it's odd that black didn't go for that pawn sac but instead trapped his queen -- whatever white had after Nxd5 it wasn't mate... so it wasn't worth losing the queen over.
