Happens in every online game. May it be League Of Legends, COD, etc. You literally can't escape it. As long as they realize that they're "anonymous" they will say the most devious things you could ever imagine.

You can report them and in live games you can turn off the chat feature,

I’ve only had it occasionally, but it is very upsetting, disconcerting and frankly bad sports,a ship and bad manners. A real face to face chess club would chuck anyone who did that out for life.
I hope it isn’t literally every other game. I’ve been on here for years and it happened maybe 10 times (usually v weak players, pleasingly)

He's not wrong some openings are harder than the rest for beginners to play

I been playing the modern defense, Hungarian defense(king's fianchetto), and the larwsen attack for at least 2 months, not only that, it's not that hard to understand those opening I just listed. And I been using the scanadavian defense and the center game for months, those opening are also not that hard to understand, no?
