Hi ... Hey I have some students where they have played many games and won but their trophy status in leagues does not show any trophies each section, bullet, blitz and rapid show zero

What is the issue or cause of such please?

Only games played in the random pools or in tournaments/arenas count:

2. I still dont get it ... here is one my student "Sparkle-Unicorn" she has played auto match many times (meaning chess.com software chooses her match) and you can see in her very recent history many wins but no trophies?

That member has only played 3 games on this week's division and it looks like the first one was probably a direct challenge and the other two were probably rematches so they don't qualify
