Hi I am new to chess.com I see trophy showcase in many profiles Please tell me What is trophy ? and Who gives me trophy?

One per year by chess.com you get automatically. The rest you earn by ending 1st to 3rd in a tourney, or if your opponent decides to give you one after a game. Trophies have no real value.
