Looks fine to me.

That sometimes happens when your browser is about to crash.

That's not the old chess.com, that just shows up when your browser doesn't load the site correctly. Is it happening to you on firefox?

Use Chrome, we reccomend it for best and most optimized page effects & graphics.

And if that odd bug ever happens again, please screen-shot it  so that the Developers can see what may be the problem! :)

Where can one find the 'old' Chess.com site? As in, what is the URL?

nobodyreally

Same url, really. To switch from old to new, bottom left, home screen.

To switch from new to old, top right of your screen.

Your choice of GUI is stored in your cookies. If you delete your chess.com cookies in preferences, you will automatically log in on to the old chess.com interface next time you come here.

Thanks for the response; I can't see any way of changing. Top-right of my screen has [myusername] [diamond] [games awaiting my move] [log-out button] and search. Below that, in the green toolbar is 'Home'

I have a 'stuck' game and It's been suggested that using the old site will resolve the problem.

Wait a minute, I will take some screen shots

So first delete the chess.com cookies in your browser, just in case.

Then to go the old chess.com

and to go to the new chess.com.

You can reach both through the same URL www.chess.com

In which you end up first is decided by your cookies.

Maytin2

Got it, thanks.

Not exactly. I didn't know I was already playing the 'old' chess.com.
