Got Diamond in my twitch drops, for watching a stream I guess, connected my twitch account to my chess.com profile, acquired reward on twitch, but didn’t get it on a chess.com

Anyone might know, what am I doing wrong?

I got 1 month diamond membership from discord and when i click redeem it shows

If the code you got was from the one directly offered him from your Discord account, you can contact Support using the Help option in the menu. If you got one from elsewhere, it won't work as they are unique and can only be used one time
