I was wondering whether any of you knows a book on typical mating attacks. I'm not talking about the different type of mates, but more about typical plans to try and mate your opponent. Let me give you 2 examples:
1) Grand Prix attack: Black has a kingside fianchetto, White plays f4-f5-fxg6, Qe1-h4, Ng5, Rxf6 and Qh7#
2) English Dragon attack: Black has a kingside fianchetto, White plays Qd2, Be3, h4-h5-hxg6, Bh6xg7, Qh6 and distracts the knight on f6 for mate on h7.
These are pretty well known and I'm wondering whether a book exists that collects these and preferably more of these examples and shows how White can best conduct this attack / Black can best defend against this attack.

Any suggestions?
