Which are the best games of Ulf Andersson? He is favorite player of so many people but as he has played so many tournaments during his long career it is virtually  impossible to go through all of his games. Please, share his masterpieces.

There are so many to choose from! This could be a fantastic thread, I'm looking forward to contributions from Pfren and others on this one.

For starters, try Illescas-Andersson Ubeda, 1997. I'll provide the game score later.

Take a look at this game by Andersson. His endgame technique was incredible here. It's not that he had a winning position here, it's how he managed to create numerous difficult problems for his grandmaster opponent.

Here's the Illescas-Cordoba Andersson game without any notes.

Thanks. And here is his ultimate achievement. This is the best game in the history of chess for me. Ulf gives the exchange against Kasparov on move 13 and defends for 70 more moves. Never seen Kasparov so helpess.

He was the first to beat Karpov after Karpov became champ.

For my part: [Keene-Andersson, Ourense 1975] is my favorite of his games, a buttery-smooth Grunfeld with an early exchange sac.
