Someone with a blitz rating of 1039 playing Houdini at bullet and making zero tactical errors? Yeah hard to believe but good job if true.
Unbelievable, I drew against Houdini 1.5

No, you didn't draw Houdini, you lost on time. That's how the scoring goes. Next time, choose a longer time control and see how it goes.
You're right about the engine playing strong regardless of the strength setting. That's because you're not really changing the strength setting. It sometimes helps to read the instructions.
*Sigh* I think the new troll topic has become "I beat (or drew) Houdini!" (btw, have you been talking to sloughterchess?)
My rating on this site doesn't matter becasue I never played any games here. I was intending to play h4 at the end but ran out of time. It wouldn't have mattered because the engine can blitz out so many moves, all he wants to do is move his back rank rook back and forth and the engines can play out an entire drawn 100 move game (50 move rule) in one single second so it's impossible to beat on time. I would have to play until I get that 50 move rule witch is impossible, espacially since I cannot pre move in arena 3.0.
I am actually amazed I could do it and never believed it was possible for a human to do, I do though understand that there is a huge difference between houdini wanting to play out a drawn position and actually beating it. I also understand that houdini could have pursued further and even if I would have more time I do not expect I would be able to actually close out the draw in this position (assuming he attacks me instead of wanting to sit back).
Even though who knows, it does look to be very drawish, there are no weaknesses in my camp but I know houdini is a monster even in such a position. I just find it amazing, especially seeing how houdini doesn;t want to budge from that position.
But I really am serious, look at my moves, they aren't even computer moves, I made absolutely no attempt to attack him, and I tried to defend only, do they look like the kind of moves a computer would make?

Of interest to me: his rooks can connect, while yours are not so connect-able at the moment. this is going to be important for the endgame.

Never overrestimate an engine under its full playing strength. Fritz 12 at 2200 makes mistakes, sometimes even big ones:
Edit: No, it will destroy you at 300. My program doesn't even go under 1100 ELO and unleased is around 3200, so a bit inflated. You need to be Carlson, Kasparov, or Fisher to beat it on unleashed.
Before you guys asked it was on 2400 elo setting but if you know how arena 3.0 works it still plays basically close to full strenght. Look it up with 5000 elo analysis rating and it chooses all the same moves or almost.
By the way this was a bullet game with no time increments. I did lose on time at very end but I was intending to play h4 and the comp never ever suggests anything more than moving his back rank rook arround and I was just going to shuffle my king arround.
You can put the rating to 300 and it will still destroy you, it doesn't adjust the elo ranking in the same way, here is the PGN:
By the way I was playing was white and I didn't think it was possible to draw against houdini, specially someone like me, and no I am not bs anybody here, this is real.
