Hold ctrl on pc to underpromote, and I think the setting is right there in the little settings button on the top right of the board when you’re playing a game

thank you, what to do when using a cell phone insted?
i've playing chess.com for about 6 years and understunding how to change certain setting is still difficult for me. (please, improve the settings items!)
I can't remove the mode that makes me automatically promotes pawns to queen.
I know there has been an update recently where if you moved promoting pawns in a specific way makes you do it but i've simply never succeeded!
