Please Give me some reasons that a move is bad or inaccurate and also how to increase the depth of our understanding In chess

Some times it says Nxb6 is good rather than Be2 what may be the reasons .it

mainly happens in the opening

nobody can answer that without having a specific game to analyse.

A move is bad if it:

loses material
loses positionally
loses a tempo
etc etc.

Every move in chess has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages and disadvantages of every move can be analyzed from 2 perspectives. The static perspective and the dynamic perspective. State of the art chess engines indicate as part of their analysis whether a move is optimal, suboptimal, etc. based on analysis of millions of moves.

In order to analyze a move to determine whether it is mostly good or mostly bad or equalizes, it is necessary to have a specific position.

Given any move sequence, the position in your diagram is not possible. It looks like the White pawn at e2 should not be there.

Please post the notation for the move sequence that resulted in the position on your posted diagram. Also, please indicate whethe from that position it is White to move or Black to move.

Thank you. The posted diagram does not match the move sequence. Also, ...Nxc6 is not a possible move Black in either the diagram position posted or the notation of the move sequence posted. Please clarify.

Or I can assume that the posted diagram position is with White to move, and White's move is 7.f4

f4 looks plausible enough to me. Nxc6 also looks possible. I would say both moves are ok. Personally I would want to speed up development, and go Qd2 (castling long) or Be2 (short). On what level do you want to analyze this position? A GM might see inaccuracies where I think a move is ok.

A move can have both positive and negative features. Bad moves are when the negative features outweigh the positive ones. So one way to understand them more deeply is to categorize and compare all the features of the move.
