Unfair... is this what chess.com really does?

This is a temporary account which I will be deleting after getting sufficient information or discussions about this issue... Sorry for this, but I had no other option.

A few days ago my account was banned for Fair Play violation. I had premium & verified on the account. I appealed the ban and we immediately sent a generic automated reply. I contacted support@chess.com but to no avail... 

I was part of a club called "Union Chess Club" and we were 5 Super Admins (including me), one day 4 of us got into an argument with the 5th Super Admin (https://www.chess.com/member/nnnup) and in revenge he mass created many accounts and reported us for sandbagging which is 100% false because we have not even played with each other more than once or twice!! 

Here is a post he made in the club which shows his lies. (I also have further proof offsite, on twitter DMs)

As you can see his lies, accounts are *never* muted for sandbagging and also chess.com never gives such reasons. He became owner of the club by FALSLY reporting us all and all 4 accounts were banned on the SAME DAY!! 

Also he is NOT a kid, like he states in his profile. He is a dirty man who lures young people by pretending he is their age. I also have PROOF of this which i can provide to any staff.

If anyone wants to go through our accounts and verify each and every game, you'll find no indication of cheating. Anyone can message me for the account details.

And this is further proof that chess.com does NOT check accounts for cheating!! All they do is follow reports, even if they are false. Now despite trying to plead with chess.com, they are not listening. The accounts had legends league, tournaments, and thousands of matches over years!! If we were really cheating then, it would have been discovered earlier. But god knows we weren't....

I am hoping and praying for our accounts to be unbanned.

Justice needs to be served. This is frustrating and unethical.

These two are my friends...who's account gets closed because of his (@Nnnup) unethical acts.

What is happening here I was muted for one day clearly and I have done anything please say that accounts

You account is under investigation.... ofcourse chess.com is not going to share the details with you.

You were muted because of created multiple accounts and for too much reporting!!! This is confirmed.
