Unfair opponents

I think you can fill out a report for such behavior but most just suggest turning off chat. I've never run into this yet, but if you're going to use the internet you better develop thick skin. The internet is full of such creatures.

Everyone has a responsibility in regard to the chat feautre. Chess.com should just remove the chat feature. You can blame that one on the few that abuse it.

Play longer time controls. The shorter the games, the worse the behaviour.

But yeah your options are ignore, block or report.

Switch off chat from your settings. There are a few morons that have spoiled it for everyone. But report those who have offended anyway.

Yeah, just turn off the chat option. That will piss off the offender even more without any effort on your part.

What does this have to do with the title of your post?

This kind of thing is annoying.

The problem with playing longer time controls is that some people don't have the time or some people let their time run out.

And the title "Unfair opponents" is a little odd.
