Which is true, since you're on your first one.

So technically, you've won all of your chess games 😁

What a load of rubbish. You have never lost a chess game? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read on a chess forum. You have 1 game in progress on this site so you can say you've never lost on here for sure but in one of your other posts you claim to 'play on every major chess server' and yet you say you've never lost? Get real.

It's fine.

Why don't both of you settle it with a chess game?

Chess solves most problems 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

For unlucky losses, it's hard to beat Garcia vs Ivkov, Havana 1965.

Ivkov was leading the tournament, a point and half ahead of the field with only two rounds to go. Paired against the guy in last place. Then this happened...

I have played approximately 3900 games of chess

Nice. Well, I hope that you will do well on Chess.com!

lmao,   Thanks for sharing blueemu.   That was a trip.   Are those amateur players or was chess a different game in 1965?

Amateurs? Ivkov (the loser of that tragic game) played in the freaking CANDIDATES in 1965.

I'd play a daily game as long as he challenges me before I pass his rating on this site.  I only like playing people who are rated higher than my current

If you've played approximately 3900 games and never lost then I'd rather not play you. I already have Fritz and can play it at my leisure. But what the heck, I'll challenge you and see where it goes...

There was this game, and it was in a tourney(OTB). There where these two Canadian girls. One was 12 the other 5. They kept looking at each other and smiling. I was destroying the 12 yr old. They kept whispering. Then the 5 yr old started laughing. I'm about to move. I see mate in 5, but I'm I don't do it, because the 12 yr old was smiling too. I didn't take it. I could've lost, but she lost on time.

@KnobbyFunnel1939, do you have a USCF rating? If so, what is it?

36... d3 has got to be the biggest I have ever seen in that 1965 game!

That game was a tragedy. Arguably, Ivkov never really recovered from it. He was a Candidate for the World Chess Championship earlier that same year (1965), but after that disaster he never reached the Candidates again.

It is, in my view, one of the lesser-known but pivotal moments in chess history.

This KnobbyFunnel1939 guy was beating me really hard in our online game, claiming to only play chess for a year or something. Either he is the biggest talent on planet Earth, or more likely his engine is the biggest talent on Earth!

Haha, I was playing him too and he was quite clearly cheating. On this thread he said he had played 3900 games and won them all and he'd only been playing for a year. He didn't like it when I said it was a load of rubbish so asked me to challenge him. While playing suddenly it popped up that he was banned. Now there's a shock !
