I don't understand what the problem is. Almost all of your games have in your archive have been rated. You must have changed something in your settings.
The only way that could happen is if you set up a custom seek looking for unrated games.
Or perhaps you are clicking on the games on the Seek Graph that are hollow circles? Those are unrated games.
