Good, but now follow it up by not whining like a child on the forums.

How about you $tfu because no one cares about your opinion?

I can tell you are a kid because you clearly think that people shouldn't give constructive feedback. A lot of people here have been pointing out site problems for a while. We are trying to make the site better by giving complaints

But of course since youre a kid, you love stupid features like upvotes, flairs, reactions, etc and since the UI changes have been catered to kids, I bet you love that too...

I do not mind constructive feedback, but you have only been whining like a baby. Look at your comments. You didn't say why play was worse or anything instead you just act like an immature child. No one cares mate, if you don't like it here... leave? Just don't whine non-stop.

Earlier in this or another topic I asked why play was worse and you just keep going on like an entitled brat instead of giving a mature, constructive criticism.

Very weak rhetorical question.

In this thread at least @Ian_Rastall and @Chr0mePl8edSt0vePipe expressed they pleasure and made cogent arguments why they are happy changes.

Maybe you should re-read the thread from the beginning?

You mean this BS argument?

I think it’s a good feature. Responding to the OP: I think the argument against downvotes is faulty. If your post gets downvotes then it deserves downvotes.

Lmfao. People never upvote well-written, thoughtful posts that have a lot of effort put into it, especially with the majority of the people on the forums being kids ( who should be on Chesskids ). If I write something and someone responds with "ratio" then they will get more upvotes because kids find that crap funny.

If you say something that many people disagree with, no matter how logical it is, you get downvoted. If you criticise a post, the OP will downvote you. It is totally incorrect to assume that if you get downvotes, you deserve downvotes.

Clearly a lot more people dislike this feature

In this topic. You can't accurately extrapolate that out to say a lot more overall dislike it.

I mean, you can, but it doesn't make it true.

Must suck being illiterate, right? Before calling other people immature childs, at least learn how to read.

I already talked about the UI. It looks worse and it discards a lot of features live chess ( especially time per move ), when they claim that it is "live chess with more features"

And of course like other ignorant m0rons, you say the typical "just leave" when people critcise the site. Why do you think I'm criticising features? For the fun of it? I could just leave if I didn't care about the site, but I have been on the site for a long time, and I want the site to become better, and not be going downhill ( which it has been lately )

P.S. being childish is blocking someone for petty reasons like complaining about the site and not sharing the same opinion wink.png

I have seen bugs get fixed and changes made based on feedback of members. Not everyone is going to like all the changes and what is the right direction for some may not be the right one for others. Can't please everyone .

Really? Does it look like anyone here is pleased?

It's a good tweak to what they had. It's good to give people that half-voice, rather than none, when it comes to trolls, shills, people in a bad mood, etc. But emojis are a clunky solution. Not only are they an eyesore, but as your username is right there, there's potential for all sorts of interpersonal chaos. The site is simply changing its feedback from something like Lichess has, which doesn't work, to something Reddit has, which succeeds in not collapsing under the weight of half a billion users. Not having feedback at all, of course, puts us in the situation that this sort of thing was invented to solve. I've been on the internet for twenty years now. It needs moderation, but if that can be done automagically, that's way better.

Play does have time per move. What are you talking about... ? I hope you've made a proper post in the site feedback section instead of whining about it randomly in threads, your concerns would then actually have a chance at getting addressed... if you really care that is.

Somewhat funny to see that you've been asked to leave by others, in any case... it seems you have a history of getting muted since you try to avoid the system from picking up your insults. A system I don't necessarily agree with, by the way.

I blocked you because you act like an entitled brat who loves playing the victim card instead of saying anything productive. You are boring.

Youve said the same insults in three different posts *yawns* Come up with something other than "entitled brat" and "immature child" happy.png Or is that all you know? Dont worry kiddo, you'll get to learn some more insults when you grow older.

I have sent tickets to the Support team. Of course it does nothing. But its one way to give feedback.

"History of getting muted" lmao...happy.png What do you know? You have been on this site for 1 year, and know nothing. And many kids like yourself say "just leave" to people who complain about certain features, once they have nothing else to say. I am far from the only one

Hahaha its like talking to a brick wall. If I were to write a detailed post of every problem I have with the site, you would still call it "whining" and not "saying anything productive." Keep responding to me, its very entertaining grin.png

I rather like it, the only things that I would like to see improved is: 1. make the open challenges menu easier to get to, and 2. Get rid of that working link to the opening explorer during a game!

100% agreed.

MisterWindUpBird

...maybe have a system where  you only get, say 10 votes a day, and can't downvote a post by someone 200+ ranking points above you? Too hierarchical? Magnus might come back just to post 10 Levy sucks. 20 goto 10.

You seem so mad. I wasn't even trying to insult you and it's all you seem to rage about. Calm down, no one even cares so don't worry!

Yes, it does. With both interfaces live, it can get mixed up. If you set it in Play, or toggle it if it's on already, they'll show.

From Play

It pretty much started as a social site, while they were working to build the chess parts.
