I almost always spend a few minutes after each game reviewing it with the engine. So I rarely take a rematch. You should consider doing the same thing. Also a deep breathing exercise class.
What a luck the internet is full of chessplayers so you don't really need a rematch from them...and just saying...Liverpool!!! xD

I run a blunder-check immediately after each game and also generally decline rematches for that reason. I don't understand the OP's sense of entitlement.
I never rematch, mainly in hopes of annoying my opponent.
I demand a rematch of what happened in 1898. Well, better not.

Maybe this thread is the dumbest you have seen in your life, but beware, because it will not be the dumbest for a long time. Just like entropy, human stupidity always increases.
I agree with you, MegaJuve, USa players do seem a might cowardly regarding their inability to click that rematch link.
However, unfortunately your error in assuming they represent a brave country is somewhat amusing.
Very few members here from the USA actually represent anything. And unfortunately, the way this country is hellbent on destroying itself from the inside and how it goes around the world fomenting revolutions and creating terrorists against itself seemingly on purpose, it is fair to say this may no longer be the home of the brave.
It has not been the home of the free since the late 70s.
Suffice to say, on the whole, the last thing most
Americans are is anything but fair and heroic.

The problem with the op opening post is the word all. Clearly some americans (or any other nationality) do give rematchs and some don't.It is each person's decision whether they want to or not. I think it is nice if someone wins with white to give his opponent a rematch so they can have a chance with white but it is not dishonorable if they don't.
