Where were all these ideas for titles when I was in high school having to write essays?

dpnorman

So pretty soon Strayer University and University of Phoenix will be handing out chess titles for the modest sum of $50,000?

bunicula

Modest if it can replace the 10k hours required with a 1 year distance attendance.

BlargDragon
