Yes. The USCF dual-rates events 30 minutes up to 65 minutes. To get that value you add the base time and delay/increment.
Those events are Quick and Regular rated.

Hello guys, I have a question... is it possible for a USCF rated event being "dual rated"? Allow me to explain, I played a 30/0 rated event and both, my regular rating and my quick rating changed... how that works?
