Use of simulators in whole or in part

Tired of playing vs bot on this platform. If you decide to play a Swiss tournament in 3/0 or 5/0 mode, you will come across people without 300/400 pts who joined the app 2 hours ago or who joined it 1 week ago and you see them winning 7 games out of 7, defeating rivals with 1170 pts, 1000 pts rivals who know tools such as discovered attacks, nailing pieces, etc. These "humans with computer brains" are rewarded by the app. Then there are the others where they use their own brain in the first 10 opening moves and turn on the simulator engines, this mode is perfect because if they defeat you and you review the game it does not give them a resounding 94% / 97% effectiveness as they used their non-computerized brain that effectiveness drops not much but enough to go unnoticed and with a performance of 87 to 89%. There are users who were reported in 4 tournaments by all the members of the lightning tournament for example (Jennifer_priv435) But in each report and each deletion this user registered the account again with the same name and applying the same tricks. I don't know what tools and/or tests chess.com needs to take a drastic and definitive solution in this regard.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount.
