Dear Chess.com please use some tools to verify all your users. I must know with whom I'm playing. Is it a bot, cheater or GM with a fake profile. No one should be in incognito mode. I'm going to abort all games where players identity isn't revealed.

If you abort too often you will lose the ability to abort and all games will be rated losses and you'll have to wait between seeks.. https://support.chess.com/article/627-sportsmanship-policy The site isn't going to require members to be verified; that would take a lot of resources, both time and money.
