i tried sevral "normal" usernames which were taken, so i just typed in aabbccdd, and it worked!
Shak's the alias I've used in online gaming for years. It comes from a game on a cs 1.6 public (then probably 1.0ish) where everyone chose popstar names, randomly chose Shakira, and ended up shortening it for the obvious gender issues. Used it on servers a fair bit and it just kind of stuck.

I got mine from following a big truck to Church one day. On the back of the trailer was the large yellow Haz-mat placard meaning the driver was hauling an oxidizer, I guess I just like the sound of it. I have gone by this username for a few years....Yes, I know I have spelt it wrong, but thats the way I spelt it in the beginning, so it has stuck. Interesting thread here.
