Using Anki or a similar program to practice tactics or endgame positions?

Hey, I would like to save theoretical endgames positions as puzzles, similar to the puzzles here in the forum where you play a move and get a move as a response. Is there an easy way to do this offline? I tried Anki but I didn't manage to do it. Could I create the puzzles here in the forum and copy the code somehow to chessbase? Anyone who has done this before? Thanks in advance!

I actually downloaded Anki on two separate occasions, but I never installed it. Embarassed

You might find Fred Mellender's YATT program useful:

It uses spaced repetition, and you can "roll your own" tactics set.

Thanks. I'll check it out.

Anki is great for languages and verbal questions, but rather complicated for chess...
