Using Chessable Efficiently

I have an unhealthy amount of Chessable Courses.....but.....I've only really done a little of them. I don't know if I get overwhelmed or my study needs to be more focused. The Silman Endgame is probably where I saw the most improvement. It was almost immediate where I was either drawing or winning in the endgame. To me that was a gold mine. But I can't for the life of me figure out how to study repertoire courses. I haven't cracked the code on how to study openings with any relative efficiency or memory. Even the ones I'm most comfortable with. With the exception of Maybe one of them. HALP! Any advice???!!!!!
