V3 Clock issues - My internet connection is great btw.

I make a move, then I await my never ever playing opponent.

Then their time runs out. Lo!! and Behold!! I lose!!! Chess.com 

message: " Sorry dude, your last move never made it to our server".

Bring back V2 until you totally smooth out V3 issues guys. 

The same thing could happen on either version of the site. Your local connection to the internet is only a small part of the path the traffic takes from your client to the chess.com servers. So, having a great internet connection doesn't guarantee anything.

Some things you can look at that can improve chances of not getting disconnected from the Live server process (though nothing can guarantee it):

This has never happened before. 

I agree, V2 was far smoother than V3, I have the same problem as you.

/ Apparently it has happened before.  It is a shame that there isn't instant worldwide lag-free connection between websites but don't blame chess.com V3 for all your problems.

Have you tried the live connection settings options? https://www.chess.com/live#settings

I have a great internet connection now. Back then I did not. From your other comment - I've been part of Chess.com since 2009. For 7 years I have never had to come to post up in forums to complain. It is really frustrating.
