I've had people abuse vacation, but not to avoid losing.
There was also a time when chess.com put me on vacation despite over 30 minutes to move.
After tonight, I won't have time to do chess until 4pm-5pm in two days and it's 5 pm. I already have my moves written down for 12 games (some in a 2day/move tournament) and I want to play them at 6 pm when I'll have less than an hour left now, but that will give me time to make my moves in 2 days. I'll have about 40 minutes to spare, but I'm afraid chess.com will put me on vacation and three opponents are in a no vacation tournament.
I am playing a guy that is clearly abusing vacation time to avoid mate already reported him has anyone else experienced much of this?
