Why the queen in chess is valued 9 points / the rook is 5 / the bishop and knight are valued 3 ?

These are just piece value estimates that most agree on. The true value of a piece is always dependent on the position.

So you mean 2x2 is not necessary 4 in a chessboard of 64 squares?
