If Westeros, wait for Dany to conquer it.
See if you can track down Podrick or Mord. You might have a better chance of beating them than Lord Varys. Does Grey Worm play chess?

No idea where Pod is, hope he is safe. And Grey Worm doesn't speak much with me.

We are sailing for Westeros, and all I have for my company is Varys.
I think its disgusting how riders in the tour of france throw their rubbish on the road side...is this a common habit in france?
Several years ago, when King Robert used to rule the Seven Kingdoms, I had ample time to play chess with my brother Jaime. I was pretty strong in the game back then. After some incidents that made me realize the evil nature of my house (being falsely accused of killing my nephew, killing my father and lover), Lord Varys and I left for Essos to support Daenerys Targaryen.
During my stay at Essos, I realized that I have lost touch of the game and Varys keeps defeating me. I make a lot of strategic errors here and there, whereas I am good whist planning for tactics.
Now that My Queen wishes to conquer Westeros, Varys and I will be playing chess during the entire journey. However, I feel I have gone weak in the game.
I have a lot of time in my hand to prepare myself for the friendly battle my friend and I are going to have before the War, but I have no idea how to begin with.
