Chess.com needs to do something about freaking retards like the one that I'm playing a game against who offers a draw EVERY SINGLE FREAKING MOVE!

I'm in a same color Bishop ending up a pawn, 5 on 4.  Not like it's some book draw like Philidor's Position or the Short-Side Defense in a R+P vs R ending.  I firmly believe that Black is winning (please, no advice if you look at my ongoing games), and this freaking reject just doesn't get the message, even though I've told him multiple times to quit offering draws, I'm not interested, I'm playing on, and yet again and again and again and again, at least 10 moves in a row now, the moron opponent of mine with the IQ of a corpse just keeps on going with the draw offers.

The message to my opponent - DIE!

He's just hoping you hit the wrong button. Especially if you're a higher-rated player. If it's a drawl his rating goes up and yours goes down. I've had a lot of people do that to me too...

See another thing is that to "claim" a draw, you still have to press the same button. Maybe the guy is hoping to get an automatic 3-fold repetition draw. Of course, you can always assume the guy was probably trying to bug you.

Look on the bright side during one face to face game my opponent resorted to full on psychological warfare repeatedly extracting stringy boogers from their nose and depositing them on vulnerable pieces.

To prevent misclicking by accident you can just make your move without clicking on "decline." If you make a move and submit it then the system automatically declines the draw offer.

I'm well aware and I don't click decline, I make my move, and I know the rating system - I've only played about 2200 tournament games over the board.  It's still unethical to repeatedly offer a draw, and if you can't figure out three-fold from your scoresheet and your brain, you're also an idiot!  It should also be super-easy to see when the last pawn move or capture was, which was recent in our case.

He's nothing more than a douche!

Just make sure you beat him, then you can offer him a draw after the game. Laughing
