very poor server on chess.com

i'm facing a very poor server on chess.com despite having good internet connection, i'm losing my rating every match for example if i have 20 secs left on my clock & then my next move it'll show 17 secs left. & it's making long losing streak! my ratings has dropped down to the huge level. if this goes on everytime then i'll delete the chess.com app from my phone, i have no choice then!

The server showed 20 seconds and then after your move showed 17 seconds?
So you used 3 seconds. What's wrong with that?

It's gonna happen lots, and probably worse too. You'd better get used to it...
you not getting my point! i had a doubt why am i losing every match despite moving so quickly, then i checked my clock after i moved it showed for example 20 secs left & when opponent moved & my turn came it suddenly showed 17 secs rather than showing for example 19.8, 19.1, 18.6. so where my 3 secs flew away??
before this issue i guess it was somewhere 1050-1150, & dropped down till 890-920 if i'm not wrong!

If the server isnt that good, then i wouldnt leave a good tip...
