Video lessons are in really bad quality

The video lessons are in really, really, really bad quality on iPad, and there's no way to set the quality anywhere. My internet is fast enough, the loading bar loads almost instantly. I purchased a subscription and I am disappointed. There's no way I am watching videos in that quality. Please add a button so we can set the quality on iOS too!! Thank you.
I just checked, I would say the quality is alright on computers. I don't believe it's HD and if it is then it must be in 720p or so. On my iPad it looks more like it's 360p, it's really frustrating…

The iPad App video quality is terrible. If you view the videos via a browser on an iPad the quality is much better. It suggests to me the Chess.Com app is the issue.

Is there a way to raise issues with the developers? I'd really like to be able to watch videos via the App.

Yes, the app is the issue. There's so much room for improvement on the app, it would be cool of the developers read these threads on the forum.

If at least you were funny … my iPad has no scratches. The videos are streamed in poor quality on iOS devices, that's all.
