There was a relatively short and very good video on this topic on this site some time ago. It taught basic development, activating all pieces, castling by move 10, not moving a piece more than once in the opening but instead developing the other pieces first, etc. If anyone has a link to this I would appreciate it -- I want to share it with someone. Thanks in advance.
