Puzzles my friend! If you want to work on visualization, which isnt my strongest aspect either, do some puzzles, maybe some slightly higher rated ones 1750-2250 and see if you can solve the puzzle all the way through before making a single move. It forces you to visualize where the pieces would be instead of making one move at a time and then seeing the new posistion over and over again, im sure their are some better ways as well but it not being my strongest attribute, this is one way i know of working on visualizing future posistions!
