Ivanchuck. He cracks me up!
Ivanchuck has had an amazingly long career at the top level of chess. He and Kasparov reached their rating plateau at about the same time, but Ivanchuk's kept going for another 10 years after Kasparov retired!

There are only three in real contention, Fischer, Kasparaov and Magnus. I still go with Fischer, who beat the entire Soviet chess machine practically alone during the Cold War. But, any of the three are valid.
