Vote Leaderboard

Why is it when a team plays lots of vote chess they get on the leaderboard?

I've seen some with win% as low as 20! And some with only one member in them!

It seems it's more about points then winning. Because they don't lose points for losing a game they can just play and play and play and the get on the leaderboard.

Why is this system so messed up? Could chess.com add something that takes 2 points away from team when they lose?

What about ratings for teams, could chess.com add something like that?

Leaderboards reward mainly activity.

There have been vote chess rating lists worked out by individual users of chess.com, although not all of them have intended to be comprehensive, and not all of them have been published in the open forums. Some of them must have been quite recent, if I remember correctly.
