If let’s say my acc got banned or muted, and I didn’t do anything wrong, and I don’t know why, how do I find out why? And how do I find staff or get help?

Well, different things happen if you get muted or banned.
A mute is usually only temporary. You can just wait it out or you can try to contact Support through the Support link to find out why it was placed or if a mute can be lifted.
A ban is usually permanent. You would have received an email at whatever address you gave when you signed up. That email would have explained any options you had.
