That means

Either 

He payed his opponents to blunder (which makes this a far deeper mystery than meets the eye for it means they were all in it together)

OR

His winning streak like Capablanca's 7 year no loss streak, just happened, like a coincidence. 

International masters on chess.com, what are the odds that Niemann consistently performed at 2850 without cheating? 

Apart from that 2850 streak, there is NO evidence that Niemann cheated!

No footage, nothing!

So WHY would Magnus make that bizarre tweet?
