Wait what? That's not true!

I recieved an email from Chess.com. This isn't true. I have never done this before! If I did, I can't remember. What's happening? Is someone false reporting me?

Don't worry about it. It's kind of just an automod message for when they recieve a report or flag; it doesn't mean you're actually in trouble, and you won't get banned instantly or anything. Mutes come first, and I've found that you can simply email support for the specific reasons you got muted.

My bad. I've just seen similar messages that were automatically generated so I assumed this was the same.
