a month ago i played @ a Club level tournament; minute 30, 5 second delay. Someone I play with all the time was paired against me so you can say were buddys. While we were playing he made a move and forgot to hit his clock. Sorry but I don"t have to remind him to hit his clock....and i didn't. Minutes went by as look @ every possible senario I could and then i act like i noticed his time was ticking and pointed to the clock. He winded up losing on time. was i wrong (like i said he is a buddy of mine)
