Watching Chess

Quick question:

Do you watch chess? 

As in, do you watch chess as a sport. 

Do you know fide ratings, top players, etc!

Do you watch the Chess Olympiad? And can you sit through watching a full game of chess??

I have never really watched competitive chess before,

So just wondering.....

Yea, this is true for me also, but have you every tuned in to a chess championship , and for example, watched the whole way through? Some match's can take hours, with long pauses, but I guess if one is really into it, and trying to figure out the game, it can be done. 

I just watch recaps of important matches on YouTube from time to time

Occasionally. I may watch Tata Steel in January.
