Space elevator or like op said an international bridge would be cool. Maybe even like a magnet one that doesn't require fuel. I suppose both could have bad outcomes though. Maybe a international colony on mars or the moon.

The proper wonders you're probably referring to are called "the 7 wonders of the ancient world" ... as the proper name... how could we 'build' a new wonder to the ancient world, exactly?
Are you playing Civilazation 5 and thinking of the video game "world wonders" ? If so, I suggest an orbiting "sky city" like the international space station, but a city complex of shops and apartments and rec centers and such.

Solving poverty and providing children secular education would be a greater wonder.
Currently a single seat flying vehicle is pretty impressive.It should be equipped with paracute and non fossil fuel.From the height we will see our environment in different way.It should be cheap too.
