Website problems

is anyone else having problems with the chess.com website

things changed on the site a little about 3 days ago, and since then I've had several problems

- disconnection issues

- very slow at times

- no sound when opponent moves

i can still play but issues are very frustrating. This website is usually amazing, so hopefully a temporary glitch

If you're on Play (Beta) you might try the original Live under Play > Live Chess instead.

My previous problem has now sorted itself out 😊

But the scoring has now gone crazy - I lost a game and my grading went down from 1351 to 1195 ?????

10|0 changed to being rated under the rapid pool. Your blitz hasn't changed.

I don't understand. I've always played 10 minute chess. I've always gone up or down about 8 points each game, so my score gives me an accurate measure of how I'm playing. 

Ive always been given a well matched opponent as a result. Now my score goes up and down like a yo yo and opponents seem very random. I'm very unimpressed with this new system. 

Is it possible to return to the original system which was working perfectly?

Just in case you don’t, he means that 10 minutes chess is now rapid and not blitz, since you never played rapid before the first few games will be used as rating adjust games, the rating will change very wide until you reached the normal rating.Then it will turn back to how your rating change in blitz.

Oh and also if you don’t understanding blitz and rapid have different rating as it have different timing.
