Regarding the draw, the site does not use the FIDE implementation of mate possible by any series of legal moves 

Basically, it's not possible to force mate such a situation.

In Starting position in chess it’s not possible to force mate so every game should be claimed as draw before it starts. I mean rules used by chess.com are completely idiotic.

Draw rules are based on official rules but on insufficient material to win on time, or insufficient material in general, the site uses something more similar to the US Chess regulations, not FIDE's
